The goal of Open Science is to make scientific research more accessible and transparent. This is such a massive challenge, what can we (as researchers) do? Actually, there are many small, local changes we can make to ensure our own work is as open as possible. In this workshop we will see how to transition a project from being local-only to being accessible. We will look at tools (such as git and github, virtual environments, and containers) and practices for sharing our work, and making collaboration as easy as possible.
