Conference on Brain and Cognitive Engineering

Leading scientists from Korea and Germany will discuss the state-of-the-art in neuroscience applications. Topics include brain-computer-interfaces, imaging methods, and cognitive algorithms.

Tübingen, 25.06.2014.The 2014 Conference on Brain and Cognitive Engineering is the sixth conference of its kind. After the first five international conferences were hosted in Korea, this time, the venue will be at Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics, hosted by the Department of Human Perception, Cognition and Action (Prof. H. H. Bülthoff).

The aim of the conference is to bring together scientists from Korea and Germany to discuss cutting-edge topics in the areas of neuroscience, cognitive science, and pattern recognition.

Topics of this year's conference include:

  • - Neuroscience and Cognitive science
  • - Brain computer/machine interface
  • - Neuromorphic engineering
  • - Neuro-robotics
  • - Computational Neuroscience
  • - Pattern recognition for brain engineering
  • - Brain Engineering
  • - Brain Imaging techniques
  • - Brain image/recording data analysis methods
